49ers@Jets

The San Francisco 49ers take on the New York Jets on Sunday 20 September, at 1 PM EDT. Both teams come out of week one with losses, but it's the Jets who have the on-paper advantage over the 49ers following the 11 December 2016 win - 23:17. But that's old news for NFL betting fans! NFL betting week 2 will focus on giving the 49ers – Super Bowl runners-up – a huge advantage in this match. They are the clear favorites to win with money line NFL betting. Over their last 20 games, San Francisco's 15-5, while the Jets are 5-1 over the last 6 games at home. Plus, the 49ers average 20.0 PPG, while the Jets average 17.0 PPG.

Bills@Dolphins

The Buffalo Bills will be locking horns with the Miami Dolphins on Sunday 20 September, at 1 PM at Hard Rock Stadium, in Miami Gardens, FL. The Buffalo Bills are 1-0 up after NFL week 1. The Buffalo Bills are heavy favs to run away with this match. As it stands the Bills are 4-2 ATS in their last 6 vs the Dolphins. The Bills are averaging 27.0 PPG while the Dolphins are averaging just 11.0 PPG. Can the Bills win the AFC East for the first time in a quarter century? Pundits seem to think so. When the Bills played the Jets, they won 27-17. They can do it again!

Vikings@Colts

The Minnesota Vikings travel to Lucas Oil Stadium to take on the Indianapolis Colts. Coming out of week 1, the Vikings lost to the Packers, while the Colts are also 0-1 down. This gridiron match kicks off on Sunday 20 September, at 1 PM EDT. The last time these two teams played was 18 December 2016 when the Colts beat the Vikings 34:6. As a sports bettor, you may wish to focus on defensive end Yannick Ngakoue again, despite his dismal showing against Rogers and the Packers in week 1. The Colts have concerns over Marlon Mack, but Hines and Taylor are still there. As a football fan, you’re probably going to want to go with the Vikings on this one, but it’s going to be a close call.

Lions@Packers

The Detroit Lions (23-27 to Chicago Bears) come up against a formidable team in the Green Bay Packers on Sunday 20 September, at 1 PM EDT. The Packers won their last game in week one (43-34 against the Vikings), and they also have the advantage over the Lions from the last meeting on December 29, 2019, when they won 23:20. This match takes place at Lambeau Field, in Green Bay. Oddsmakers have the Lions as the underdogs and the Packers as the favorites. Consider this stat when you place your bets on this match: Detroit averaged 23.0 PPG, while Green Bay averaged 43.0 PPG.

Falcons@Cowboys

The Atlanta Falcons lost their opening match 25-38 to the Seattle Seahawks. They are up against the Dallas Cowboys – who tussled with the Los Angeles Rams, narrowly losing 17-20. As far as team morale goes, the Cowboys will be hungry for victory when they lock horns with the Falcons on Sunday at 1 PM EDT at AT&T Stadium, in Arlington Texas. When these two teams previously met, on 18 November 2018, the Cowboys narrowly edged the Falcons 22-19. As a sports bettor, you have to go with the Cowboys on this one. They are eager to hit the ground running with a big win, and the odds show them as favs. Watch Dak Prescott, Cooper, Elliott, and Lamb against the Falcons.

Giants@Bears

The New York Giants and the Chicago Bears will square off on Sunday, 20 September at 1 PM EDT at Soldier Field, in Chicago. The Bears had a great end to week one, as they narrowly defeated the Detroit Lions 27-23. In the last head-to-head, the Bears beat the Giants 19-14 (24 November 2019), so they are definitely in the ascendancy. In the NFC East/NFC North tussle, the Bears have an additional day of rest, since the Giants played on Monday 14 September (Giants and Steelers). Straight up – the Bears are odds-on favorites for the win. While Mitch Tribusky disappointed somewhat against the Lions in the first half, he will be determined to QB like a boss for his team this time round!
