In response to requests from college basketball fans, in anticipation of March Madness, I wanted to take a look at the Top 10 CBB players right now.
This is a challenging proposition, but one that I will certainly not shy away from. There are many ways to rank the top CBB players, so letβs take a look at the top CBB teams and the top scorers in those teams. Weβve also consulted top resources like ESPN to get this down pat. Many of these stars are currently ranked much lower than my Top 10, because the stats have taken their career averages into account, not just the current season.

However, for the sake of clear empirical analysis, this data makes for interesting reading. You will notice that top teams like the Kansas State Wildcats, Baylor Bears, Gonzaga Bulldogs, and Dayton Flyers actually have several high-scoring players in their team. This is important insofar as it indicates why these teams are the top-ranked teams. When you have at least two high-scoring players consistently performing in your team, the results speak for themselves!
