March Madness is a single-elimination NCAA Men's Division 1 Basketball Tournament played every spring. There are some 68 college teams competing in Division 1. The teams with the most titles include: UCLA (11), Kentucky (8), North Carolina (6), Duke (5), Indiana (5), UConn ((4), and Kansas (3).  Believe it or not, the teams with the longest time between NCAA tournament appearances – droughts – include Harvard University for 66 years between 1946 and 2012, Dartmouth from 1959 to the present day (59 years +), and Yale from 1962 through 2016 (54 years).
